 Online counselling offers the flexibility to schedule sessions at a time that suits both the client and the therapist. This flexibility ensures consistency in therapy, allowing individuals to maintain a regular counselling routine without disruptions. What online platforms do I use?

I currently use three on the most widely used platforms, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Skype and Whatsapp, in order to provide as much range as possible, to give you more options for how you’d like to connect.

Many clients of mine at times, weather dependent, have undergone online sessions in a more natural setting. The change in environment can provide a welcome change from your usual day to day environments, helping you to feel at ease and comfortable during your session. Session costs

All sessions are £100 for 50 minutes in duration. I work on a sliding scale and can provide reductions for those who may need extra financial. support. For insurance providers costs can vary, as administrative costs are added.
